গতকাল দেখে আজকেই করেছিলাম। অসাধারণ হয়েছে দাদা। গরমেও অতি উপাদেয় লেগেছে সবার। এত ভাল একটি রান্না শেখানোর জন্য আপনাকে অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ।

The burners in a hotel/restaurant are way more powerful than the normal ones at home. Also, the video is edited heavily. The mutton will be cooked in its own juice and will be tender enough as I have seen others chefs cooking mutton the same wsy without a pressure cooker before. When I try thisathome, Iwould definitely use a pressure cooker. Cook the entire thing in the cooker body and after adding the curd, I would put on the lid and cook it until 3/4 whistles (depending on the quality of the mutton). Also, I think an extra dose of chilli paste at the end may enhance the flavour.

Name of the dish KANCHALONKA MUTTON so before releasing the pot from oven a spoon of KANCHA LONKA can be added. I tried your recipe and at last again I added a spoon of chili past and the the flavor of chili was coming out of it. Though the curd was controlling the spiciness. Thanks for sharing.

ইনি সত্যিই দ্য পার্কের শেফ? বিশ্বাস হল না। মাটন সবসময়ই স্লো কুকিং করলে ভালো হয়। আর এত হাই ফ্লেমে! ভালো লাগেনি।

@@moumita208 bodhhay shunechhi. Video ta bhalo kare dekhun...bodhay marination er concept probably aapni janen na. Aamar chokh bhalo bolei to jani...aami to dekhchhi je mutton e dhala holo kadai te seta raw, "Marinated" na. Ki bolen? Thik dekhchho to?

Chandrani Bhattacharjee mutton and chicken should never be washed. Bacteria spreads during washing to the surrounding kitchen and cause food poisoning

Fake recipe! It has nothing to do with green chillies. You have only used green chillies in place of red chillies.
