അതാണ് ഞാനും പറയുന്നത് 3000 സ്ക്വയർ ഫീറ്റിന് മുകളിൽ പണിയുന്ന വീട്, കൊമേഷ്യൽ building എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് സോളാർ panel mandatory ആക്കാൻ KSEB rule കൊണ്ടുവരണം, കാരണം ഇത്രയും വലിയ veedum, buildinghum പണിയുന്നവർക്ക് അത് ഒരു burden ആകില്ല. 60% electricity buying from out side, അത് ഒരു പരിധിവരെ കുറയ്ക്കാൻ പറ്റും.

ഗവണ്മെന്റ് നു അതിലൊന്നും വലിയ താല്പര്യം ഇല്ല. അവർക്കു കേരളത്തിന്‌ പുറത്തു നിന്ന് ചെറിയ കാശ് നു വാങ്ങി പല ഇരട്ടി വിലക്ക് ജനങ്ങൾക്കു കൊടുത്തു kseb ലാഭം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു. 70 രൂപ യുടെ ലിക്വാർ 700 നു വിൽക്കുന്നത് പോലെ. എന്നാൽ ഇത് കേരളത്തിന്റെ സമ്പത്ത് മറ്റു സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ലേക്ക് പോകുന്നു എന്നത് വേണ്ടപ്പെട്ടവർ മനസ്സിൽ ആക്കുന്നില്ല
