ഈ പറയുന്ന രഘു മേനോൻ 1974 ബാച്ചിൽ IAS നേടിയ ആള് ആണ്. നാഗാലാ‌ൻഡ് കേഡർ ആയിരുന്നു...2017 ഇൽ ഇദ്ദേഹം മരിച്ചു പോയി. മരിക്കുമ്പോൾ മുംബൈയിൽ റിട്ടയേർഡ് ജീവിതം നയിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
