@trix o it's his company, he owns largest shareholder. He still have the say of yes or no for the company, but he don't manage or decide everything for his artist. He's not a ceo anymore but he still the company boss. He himself stepped down from ceo seat because he want to have more time to work with something that involved artist training and producing.

Because the idols are literally the company's product. And hair style is an important visual. The idol's face and performance are literally what they sell to customets. I dont understand why so many people don't get this. If I started changing my company's presentation deck visuals out of the blue is that my right? Is it wrong for them to scold me? Its a freaking job.

So I think its different with say musicians in the US where its more of just enjoying the artists' products. In kpop the idols are literally the product.
