E.g Taurus Asc Ju in lagna in exchange with exalted Lagna lord Venus in Pisces but Venus is astangakth? Should venus be read as combust in lagna for results?

Yes I've 10th lord as Venus(number 2 Taurus), it's in 12th house lagan chart, 10th house is empty and navmansh it's in 9th house with ketu. Dashansh lagan is Aries with Venus in 12th I'm working in financial coding though. How can we justify that ? Venus and kark are totally not coding right? (Given mercury is in 11th house with sun in lagna , own house)
