@@andrearoberts4833 I believed the Watchtower lies. Ended up ruining my life, divorced amd my children shun me, i my troubles started when i started asking critical thinking questions.. When i woke up, i tried and tried to tell my then wife. She knew what i was saying was correct. Long story short marriage broke down. And i was left with nothing but wasted years of slaving foolishly for the "governing body" i thought it was what God wanted. Now i kmow its all a lie. God has not got an earthly organisation. Dirty spirituality filthy Watchtower CULT leaders are liars.

That was one of the red flags for me, when they started building after they sold in NY. I thought why are they doing this? I thought the end was near? I noticed a lot of the witnesses buying newer cars, building houses on families property, some started going to college!some decided to have more kids. I realize that they knew the end wasn’t coming as soon as they were trained to believe. They still consider themselves Jehovah’s witnesses, I guess the more modern version. Me, l left the cult! John 14:6 “I am the way and truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me”

Many Christian denominations and theologians interpret the biblical prohibition on blood as not applicable to blood transfusions, which are a medical intervention aimed at saving human life. They see blood transfusions as a separate category from the biblical prohibition, and consider them a LIVE-SAVING measure that aligns with the BIBLICAL VALUE of PRESERVING HUMAN LIFE. So, while the Bible prohibits consuming blood as food, it does not explicitly prohibit blood transfusions as a medical treatment. You are so right when you said, they will NEVER change their policy because they know that a lot of people have DIED and are continuing to DIE because of their FALSE INTERPRETATION of the Scripture. There was a time when they didn't allow ORGAN TRANSPLANTS either because they said it was a form of CANNIBALISM. Every YEAR 1,000 to 2,000 people DIE because of their refusal to take a FULL BLOOD TRANSFUSION that can be life saving. They have a lot of BLOOD on their hands.

No disrespect to Sheila, But I was just thinking, If Sheila got together with four female friends. They could claim they are the five wise virgins mentioned in Mathew 25. If someone said, 'don't at least three of you have children?' They could say they are spiritually virgins not literal. They could publish literature and do monthly broadcasts, plus disfellowship or "remove" now, anyone who disagrees with them. That's literally what the "governing body" of Jehovah's Witnesses are doing with the verse at Mathew 24:45

I wonder if they will try to monetize their miniseries. But my thoughts are…they can try but the series so far is too crappy to monetize. The acting is horrible, Scenes are dragged out too long, etc. I don’t know what network or streaming platform would pick that garbage up.

The disappointments have added up through the various evolutions of the current, Franz, Knorr and Franz, Rutherford, and CTRussell himself - and CTR and others got together after the two major Disappointments of the preceeding millerite followers of Miller and his Adventism (notice the love of explanatory charts and sbanging around in the scriptures digging up the "secret clues" ... Also Jill Scott a EX Jw too had her song years ago called Golden explain her freedom.I think soon JW will have meetings on KZread but will have to pay and sell all those KH to manage their JW acting school and make videos to sell.

Guys, It is a business and like any business. They will look at what the completion is doing right and copy the structure. It is all for gain not to save anyone. More and more people are realizing that religions and governments use leadership and fear to control humanity. It helps keep them in a bubble and asleep while they do what they do. Just follow the money.

Door to door, I think it is banned in some European countries. There were a lot of sale people going selling anything and everything imaginable. Some of them were a way to plan break ins. So Saturday morning , we were bombarded with preachers, sellers , etc.

Armageddon could just mean they take a brief pause with their building projects. You know enough time to clean up the 8.4 billion dead, wrecked roads, infrastructure, food/water system, sewage, internet, electrical grid, manufacturing etc.

I left because the Elders do not even have to Disfellowship you - They can and do "Revoke your invitation to attend at any time" (As I was told). They Elders are a bunch of self righteous, law making bigots.

this what happened to my sister: who had to care and feed suddenly JW who showed up uninvited.

Regarding the Bible and science. Why would God create massive creatures like dinosaurs? Just to kill them. Or later have them killed off by a large meteorite. Or something of that nature. Did God even intend for humans to share this planet with them in the first place? There are pieces of the puzzle that the Biblical narrative just doesn't explain.

Most, if not all of these men did not write the books attributed to them. They were written by SCRIBES, and sometimes decades, if not even centuries after the death of these apostles. Much of the material was lost among the relics of the Dead Sea Scrolls and in the caves at Qumran; many being pieced together from scraps of parchment, thus the 'flow of thought' was not always coherent and had to be filled in with what the scribes imagined was being expressed. Also, being pieced together at least decades after the death of these apostles, I highly doubt that they would've been able to write down what was said, or even meant, word-for-word. And we have to ask ourselves what was in those almost 30+ books that were omitted from the canon, such as the Book of Enoch (recently discovered), the Book of Jubilees, The Apocryphon of John, the War Scroll, the Gospel of Thomas, the Book of Judas, the Copper Scroll, and a host of others considered apocryphal. Apparently they did not fit the narrative the 'framers of the gospel' wanted the readers to believe. There is so much that (especially) Christians don't know about Scripture, who wrote and compiled it, and its accuracy, and are not really interested. They merely take it for granted that "all Scripture is inspired by God..." As proof of its authenticity. And the fact that the Revelation warns against 'not going against the things written' or adding or taking away from what is written, they are inclined to obey that command, which, ironically, includes those lost books. Makes you wonder, doesn't it?😮

There are very interesting stories about the young Jesus in some apochrypha Gospels which were written in the 2nd and 3rd century. So very old documents.

It boggles the mind why they even mention Jesus ?? They don't believe in Him andcwho He says He is. "God the Father " and our " Lord Jesus " never get used in their day to day language. In the conventions Jesus seldom get mentioned. Its all GB or Jehovah. Snow White is based off a story from the brothers grim which isn’t the same as the movie .the book also isn’t the same as the oral tradition it came from and the oral tradition isn’t the same as what really happened .there is always a kernel of truth in any myth and legend .things get added over time to the point where only the names of the character are accurate .in most cases .sometimes even the characters name gets changed .eg.the words of Jesus was from Jesus just not the one from Nazareth in the 1st century .the wisdom is from a Jew called Jesus in the 3rd bce .all the myth is from Greek mythology .this is why it was easy for the gentiles to convert it wasn’t a foreign concept .it has all the doings of Dionysos and other gods of the time .they got the idea from how the Hebrew bible was complied .borrowed , reworked re interpolated for a diffrent audience .

Heres a theory I have. JW is a pretty big organization, and lets say some powerful people have found out that this organization needs to disappear, but how can that be dont with as little suffering and blood as possible. Okei, it needs to be rediculed just enough so that more and more people leaves and some fresher branches can grow from the tree, but that is best done gradually. I just cant belive that all the governing body done see that the project Russel started is kinda doomed. My theory is that they are trying to make themselves a way out of it. but thinking harm reduction first ... just my theory

That is the most ignorant comment I have ever read. Your enemies as you call them do not claim to be anointed with the Holy Spirit when they predict the end of your religion. The governing body claim that they are anointed and guided by Holy Spirit. Predicting the end in 1914, 1918, and 1925 also stay alive until 1975. Then when they get sued by rape victims all the sudden they say to the court it would be presumptuous of us to say we are Gods only spokesperson. Really? Are you asking why aren’t we sharing numbers of active JW publishers to demonstrate the fact that the numbers are dwindling? If so, that’s because we’d have to rely on the “service year report” from the GB. But there are a few factors that make this unreliable. 1. The GB has demonstrated that it has no problem lying (Google Geoffrey Jackson Australian Royal Commission). 2. The GB changed the time reporting rules making it easier to count more “publishers” as active. 3. Countries that ban or oppress JW’s do not provide numbers. Anyone claiming to be one of Jehovah’s Witnesses to a CCP census for example, would immediately be arrested and placed in a “reeducation” camp. So objectively how can we tell the JW numbers are going down? There are several ways: 1. Look at the number of active members of online ex-JW forums like the ex-JW sub Reddit. When I started waking up in 2017 it was 78,000. Now it is 101,000. And that’s just the number of people that were comfortable joining the sub Reddit. Many more lurk. Even more people leave the ex-JW sub Reddit, for example, after they’ve woken up and wish to move on with their lives and not read about former Jehovah’s Witness stuff anymore. So that means that the sub actually shows an idea of how many people are in the wake up process now. Not the total number of people who have ever woken up and consulted Reddit. 2. Look at how many new “apostate“ KZread channels there are. Our channel for example started last October. Many others have started in the last five years. 3. Over the last five to seven years many kingdom halls have been sold. The organization has given other excuses for this but in the 1960s to the early 2000’s when the organization was actually growing, they were building kingdom halls, not selling them. Also, I want to note that the Jehovah’s Witness organization is growing. But ONLY in developing countries where the Internet is less accessible. This is because one only need to Google what Jehovah’s Witnesses really believe to realize they are a doomsday cult who call upon god to commit mass murder for their “paradise.” And that they have failed to predict the end accurately several times. There are other reasons we know the JW ORG numbers are diminishing, but my comment here is WAY too long. However, you have inspired me to do an episode specifically on this topic. Jesus said in Luke 22:19 do this in remembrance of me Where in the bible does it say Look up my birthday and have a great time giving each other gifts and then moaning about what someone got you. You are following someone that made something up like the lost sheep you are. Now I fully understand the meaning of "But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it" in Matt 7:14. The reasoning about the birth of Jesus is utterly ridiculous. The Bible does not when Jesus was born. but surely not in the Fall as they reason. He could have been born in the Fall. We do not know .

All the negativity on JWs is an actual prophecy being fulfilled by the enemy and many that are following him and loosing many blessings as they are blinded. No one in this entire world 😭 is perfect,so I rather be with these loving Jes and enjoy many blessings now and more in near future Jeahova God and Jesus our King will make it all complete.

But the Catholic’s are spoken of negatively. Mormons too. Baptists. Many more. So how can you be sure the prophecy you mention is about JW’s? Also, specifically which prophecy are you referencing? Losing what blessings Rose, if that is your name? I was lied to and suckered into this org. a single mother of 5, low income job, feeding the bethelites out of $170 per week, bible study conducted in my home, grease the palms of circuit overseers. In the end, because I went to college for nursing because I saw myself getting older and did not want to pick up bottles here in NY, these people almost destroyed me. I guess that was the blessing.

Have you all considered getting SAVED & giving up RELIGION ❓️ None of us can do enough good deeds to get us to Heaven. We couldn't take enough sacraments, spend enough time in purgatory & so on. There's only 1 way to the Father & that's through Jesus Christ. We know the wages of sin is death. We deserve DEATH & Hell for the sins we've committed against a THRICE Holy God. But Jesus loved us so much, he took our place. He died for our sins according to the scriptures and he was buried and rose the 3rd day according to the scriptures 1 Corinthians 15 1-4. He's also returning any moment & for those that believe, they will be removed from earth before the hour of testing comes upon this world. Simple A, B, C's of Salvation A - Acknowledge you are a sinner like the rest of us. Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. B - Believe that Jesus died for your sins was buried and rose the 3rd day according to the scriptures 1 Corinthians 15 1-4. C - Call Romans 10:13 All who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved 2 Corinthians 5:21 ²¹For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. Its an AMAZING deal. Jesus does ALL of the work & gives us ALL the credit.

Well, I'm happy that you could walk away so freely. Truly, congratulations! But for many, that may have family members still stuck inside, we cannot simply leave it all behind so easily. Additionally, you may have been spared some of the trauma other members endured. So I don't believe that sharing our experiences & giving a voice to those who, for whatever reason, cannot speak for themselves, is accepting the role of victim. Do you think we are hating or do you think we are trying to expose a “false prophet” for the benefit of others? By your metric, in Revelation 18:4, John is “hating.” We fact check what we say on our videos rigorously. We love people who are JW’s and want them to be free of this religion that has made countless false claims. - Jason

Since you JWs obviously have the truth (or are in "The Truth"), maybe you can help me out with some of these questions: When your first president, Charles Taze Russell, falsely predicted that Armageddon would arrive in October 1914, was your religion "The Truth" then? When Russell had no choice but to move Armageddon to April 1918 (to buy some additional time), was your religion "The Truth" then? After Russell's death, when your second president (Joseph Rutherford) was forced to move Armageddon to 1925 (to buy even more time), was your religion "The Truth" then? When Rutherford then firmly declared that "Millions Now Living Will Never Die," was your religion "The Truth" then? (Note: less than 400,000 humans that were alive worldwide when Rutherford declared this are still alive today) When Rutherford then declared (in 1935) that the number of anointed had already reached 144,000, was your religion "The Truth" then? Beginning in 1966, when your 4th president Frederick Franz and several of his District Overseers began to strongly suggest (in at least 8 District Conventions) that Armageddon would probably arrive in the fall of 1975 but not much later than that year, was your religion "The Truth" then? When the Awake! magazine (May 22 1969 page 15) warned teenagers that they will "never grow old in this present system of things" [and would, therefore] "never fulfill any career that this system offers", was your religion "The Truth" then? In 2064 (40 years from now) when you're sitting in another Regional Convention listening to another talk re-assuring you that Armageddon is still just around the corner, will you finally wake up then?
