I'm currently searching for a used JVC similar to this one. My Son is 31, and for his 16th birthday I bought him this amazing sounding JVC from Best Buy. They had a long line of clock- radio's and a huge line, getting bigger and better as you move down the line. The best stereo at the very end of the line was a kick-ass JVC with these huge tubular things on the top and it had GIGA, which was similar to Bass Boost 🔊. My parents had a $3000 Technique stereo system and I hooked his stereo up downstairs, in the game room and I put the volume at 12, with the GIGA on and it shook the whole house! I really hope I can find one. It really surprised me because it blew my parents system out of the water. I currently have breast Cancer 🎀 and I use music for therapy. I'm glad you shared yours with us. It's very cool. Hope I get lucky!! Thanks 💙.
I have the 400 watt version, a fried the amp years ago but I still have the speakers it was to this day by far one of the best sounding systems I have ever heard or had and even compared to a Klipsch reference premiere they held their own for what it was.

I agree 💯. I still have them, the 400W . Best speakers still. Rich deep bass. Only thing not working is the CD system. Everything else makes my living space bump

@@jbta83 The two subwoofers made almost every living room shake ^^ i am still in love with that system and currently looking for one
Damn I love stinky 2000s plastic systems. They always have dirty bass

The speaker chassis was wood, just the cover is plastic. Which made it sound so damn nice :)
I had this exact same Hi-Fi in 2001. Amazing bass, but that rolling panel on the front became temperamental after a while. Looked cool though!
Just bought the speakers cause I needed the low frequency subs for my old LG hifi ... And damn the bass kicks 😳
Som humilhante mesmo ! Eu tenho um MX J300, comprei o meu no Paraguai em 2000. Original, feito no Japão. Mas esse aí é monstro . Parabéns!
Esas si son chuladas de mini no como los de ahora no valen para ya sabes
It is a very helpful post for those who want to fix a subwoofer on their rider location.

@@str1kerxx continue looking man. I was 2 years deep into searching for one when one suddenly popped up a 3hr drive away from me. Dude knew what he was selling and would not take any less than $200 so I paid it. Older people that don't look online you can take it for $50 as I've done with most of my collection.
