I just bought this same vintage system a few days ago off marketplace for $120. My brother picked it up for me where he lives, 4 hours south of me. When he got to buddy's place & opened the box he said he thought it was still bran new!! Soo clean and packaged like it had never left the box. Im excited to hear it!

@@TheJVCguy theres also a mx-gt88 local to me. I wouldnt even need to travel for it. The box is sealed. Its never been opened up or anything. Guys asking $400 Canadian for it.
WOW, incredible Bass, My Dad had purchased "JVC CA-MXG71R" from Saudi, and it was and still one of my most favorite Hi5 Systems of all time, looks so modern and fresh even in 2022. JAPAN was much ahead of it's time with the Technology.

The first one broke mate, back then i was running other speakers awell, the amp gave up 🤣, just waitng for my cables and Bluetooth stuff to turn up so i cant use it properly 🤟😎 bringing it to the 2022. What a classic 👌

Did you replace the foam lining within the tube? Mine had disintegrated over 10 years ago but the sound quality didn't seem to change.

In this video I still had the original foam in the port, but just recently I put new stuff in as the glue holding it just disintegrated lol

@@Mabeylater293 I really like it it has loads of deep bass maybe you had a different model or yours was defective because I love mine lol. Gets deeper than 90% of stereos I hear
