That was him going from the jail to the arraignment. I am sure he got "behind the back" cuffed at the actual DUI spot. We will see in the cam video when it's released in a few days. Arraigned people have already been searched, locked up, etc. So they will cut to the front. He was about to face a judge....

They are transporting him and at this point he’s already been fingerprinted, taken his mug shot, and he displayed his behavior as being calm and cooperative. Therefore there is no need for them to handcuff you in a more painful way if you’re not being a pain to them. They would do this with anyone who wasn’t being difficult them.

First I'd like to point out that this was the first time Mr. Timberlake was CAUGHT & arrested for DUI. Sadly that usually means this wasn't his first time driving under the influence. Most of the time it turns out to be a regular occurrence for the individual. Lastly, when you endanger yourself or importantly others while under the influence you more than likely have an issue with alcohol/substances. I know his heartless response to all the pain, & trauma Britney Spears experienced. How she bravely told her truth yet he was cold & lacked empathy. Maybe this is his karma for it. We should still show Mr. Timberlake some compassion. Even though over the years his cocky attitude & extreme cultural appropriation is appalling. With DASHCAMS & BODYCAMS everywhere in the U.S., that’s not possible here. Those can’t be deleted, and are part of Public Record. IE: They would eventually be released, meaning: The Cop would get FIRED if he didn’t make The Arrest.
