When a super famous band/popstar is looking for a backup band. They don't get a bunch of nobodies, they get the absolute best. Greg Howe got the gig, and I'm sure it more than enough paid the bills so we can hear more amazing solo work from Howe.

I was taking lessons from Greg 14 years ago and again a little over 2 years ago.He had some good stories to tell from this tour.I'm bummed he moved out west but am very happy for him..

I agree with you. And besides, although people are so desperate to maintain their 'image' by denying liking certain artists, I personally think some of JT's music is damn cool, not least because he can get (afford) musos like Howe to play sessions and tour dates.

I don't think that NSync had any influence in the recruitment of members of the band. It could've been Steve Vai or any number of top guitarists. Pop bands ALWAYS have amazing musicians in them irrespective of how challenging the music is. Greg Howe got the gig. I would do anything to see Timberlake do a duet with Yngwie Malmsteem.

It's so funny watching all those videos of Greg playing a guitar solo with guys like Justin Timberlake, Enrique Iglesias or Michael Jackson dancing to it. He's one of the most sought-after session guitarists after all, next to Steve Lukather. Greg Howe FTW.

Justin Timberlake is very grateful because this is his show but if this is Greg Howe's show then he'll definitely smoked the shit out of Justin Timberlake!!! Anyway, Greg Howe is one of my favorite influences on the guitar!!! :)
