Look how Justin kicks off his right heel to initiate the downswing. I started doing that and I’ve never hit the ball cleaner.

Can you explain how this helps and doesn't lose stability in the stance? New to golf and purely interested! Thanks! :)

@James Morris: Keep the front foot stable while pushing off from the rear foot - all while keeping your posture.

@@johnflorio3576 Thanks for your reply! I'm gonna have to watch some more video's I think haha! My biggest hurdle at the moment is trying not to slide forward during the downswing, hopefully I'll get there! :)
