There were two original osmond brothers , "TOM" & "VERL" That were either deaf or partially deaf respectively. They were mainly kept out of the spot light by patents choice, BUT had other aspects in the family business. Their basic story was depicted in the Bio pic , "Side By Side" where Marie played her mother Olive. ALthough suggested to be raised in a institution, They were raised at home by Olive and George.
