Keep Fields, take MHJ and maybe grab Joe Alt with bears pick. Could be next level offense. Teams too often look find the next best thing instead of maximizing what assets they already got locked and loaded!

0-6 career vs Green Bay which is important for bears fans to beat Green Bay. You can say wins isn't a qb stat that's fair. In 6 career games against Green Bay Fields 0 career 300 yd passing yard game. Bryce young in 1 game vs Green Bay in a horrible rookie year threw over 300 yd with an old Adam Thielen being his #1. Yeah Marvin Harrison Jr. is great who wouldn't want him. I just wouldn't trust Fields to support 2 WRs in a consistent basis. He couldn't do it in Ohio State. He had Olave, Garrett Wilson, Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Jameson Williams in Ohio state couldn't feed them any of them to get over 1k yds. Plus Fields has never had a full healthy season either. Sure Fields can rush over 1000yds but when has that type of play led to superbowls lol. That type of play only leads you to fantasy championships lol.

As a Bears fan, yes, hope one team thinks like you. However, think about how much of your salary cap you are investing in Fields who needs to be signed for a reasonably big contract. And who was QBing the Bears that earned that worst record in the league to get that first overall pick? Take a look at Field’s sack %, fumbles and how many games he throws for under 200 yards per game and how he’s been hurt every single season due to his style of play.

This draft is gonna be unpredictable. Everyone thinks the bears are going QB. Watch them draft MHJ

Fields is woth a mid to late 2. Even so, I would only trade for him if he could win a SB eventually and I am not buying that. He is ok but he locks on to receivers too much and makes mistakes. He also has to be paid - you would be trading the rookie QB cap years (the meta for an earrly SB) for a non dominant QB. So you are also giving up 30-40 mil in capspace for him even if you just sign him.

@@TheFantasyFootballShow You can use that same money moving to sign other players. Second contract and a trade means Fields has leverage to demand a lot of cash. One second round pick for a contending team is best case scenario for a Fields trade and even then a contending team might well prefer Cousins

Now that you brought up Fields could be had for a 2nd rounder, I believe he's definitely gone. That essentially gives all 32 teams the opportunity to trade for Fields. Somebody is going to have a helliva off-season.

Justin Fields can’t read a defense & can’t/won’t improve on that. Jordan Love is the exact opposite - reads a D perfectly & will make big improvements each year. Not a Packers fan I just know a great QB when I see one.

Fields didn't read defenses... in CHI. We shall see what happens now. CHI was the problem. The question will be now: is he too far gone, or does he now develop properly? I think he does.

I think Chicago trades the number one pick most likely to washington, vegas or maybe Atlanta and get a plethora of picks as well as either MHJ, Nabers or Odunze

Because Justin Fields isnt a good quarterback. Were not talking fantasy football. 190 ypg passing, 20th in the league in combined passing/rushing ypg, 28th in qb dvoa -20.7%, 20.7% worse than a replacement level qb. I hope the Bears can find a sucker team to pay up for him.
