When I was a kid in the pits at my 2nd supercross, Justin Brayton was running late to the gate but still took time to make sure that I got an autograph. Class act

I’ve watched the video in slow mo. Friese was clearly going for Roczen which did clip his rear tire but Brayton got the worst of it.. remember when Pieck humbled Friese? Good times! Friese never messed with him again.

This was a no money, trophy/bragging rights only SX/MX marketing “stunt” for the advancement of the WSX series. It is designed to pull talent away from the AMA, SX, etc. to build a worldwide F-1 level type racing series. So YEAH! In terms of global marketing, which builds the brand, which brings in $$ and sponsors only benefits ALL the riders…..so yeah, Ken Roczen is a far more known and marketable former champion than Brayton. Regardless of how nice he is or good he is. So I completely agree with his opinion and as far as a businessman, smart call!! He sees the big picture.

Brayton needs to hire Weston as a "personal assistant " 😆

Dude, Kevin is near 50, overweight and never rides anymore... While his flawless technique is still there, there's no way he can compete. I doubt he's even rode supercross since he retired... Supercross ain't like moto, you cant just jump in after not riding more than once or twice a year since 2013. You'd be better off hitting up MC who still occasionally rides supercross and still gets a lot of seat time, even then I don't think he'd qualify... That was a weird choice lol.

I would pay to watch a real race between those two, only problem is Barcia is usually a fair bit faster we would need a long lap penalty after each Barcia take out so Vince would have a shot back.

Beyond dirty.... He tried saying Kenny got into him, I've rewatched it many times, no one touched him... Unless I'm blind, which is possible, but I don't think so. Bet you his team isn't pumped on Vince, especially once this becomes public... I'm surprised Tony and Genova let this become public, sort of leads me to believe they may be done with Vince. Vince he's either a sociopath with no empathy, never takes accountability, and acts on impulse.... Or he's just an idiot who doesn't think of the consequences. JB flew across country to help this guy, forgive him for previous bullshit including a broken hand, and then pulls that and lies about it, beyond dirty... He's a snake, not just on the track but off, its impossible hes not after all his actions and lies. Yes Vince is a great rider compared to me but unlike Barcia who’s won main events, Vince had to drop down to the 250’s just to be a top 5 guy. That's bounty type of motives.... someone can end a career with a light takeout or rub off the track, not just a hard hit. I don't mind some bitterness and drop the gloves, but trying to pay someone to do something is now entering the criminal side. Friese needs to get disciplined for this one...by an attorney, the man with a badge, by the AMA, by the sponsors and by the fans. Much respect for Brayton handling it like he has, and for all these years.

Can't believe Friese had the balls to say that kind of stuff to Justin, taking everything he and Tony have done for granted. Not to mention trying to create a bounty market for your teammate. Absolutely insane, this sport is better than that.

I’m sure they do, but with it only being 2 rounds and this being the last round, I don’t think they expected something like this to happen (never assume when Vince is at the gate lol) and all they could really do now is maybe carry a punishment over to next year for this incident

It would be difficult to prove that a race takeout was 100% without a shadow of a doubt intended to inflict bodily harm. The law states you cannot hire someone to hurt or kill someone else. Because of this, he will likely be free from charges. Now, the FIM has their own rules, separate from the law, that they can do with as they see fit. I would imagine that this allegation, if true, breaks one of their rules.

The fact the team let this out of the bag publicly tells me they may be done with him...but why Genova won't answer Braytons calls, that's strange to me in a way, he may be trying to figure out what he's going to do first...or it could be completely normal, some people are hard to pin down. I've always said it, but Vince is a sociopath...while rare, I've been around one and was exactly what ive seen from Vince.. Only Vince is better at hiding it away from the track

Maybe Brayton should contact Weston. Riders like Vince who start well but continually go backwards, really get under my skin. It wouldn’t be as bad if they didn’t do the dirty stuff. But to me, there style of racing is can they block the faster guys to get better results. They don’t seem to ever find more speed.

if it had been more than 2 races it would have been even more of a disappointment. they should have waited until they could run at least 6 races and got more riders. nothing against the guys that rode it just feels like it could have been alot better.
