That is still one of the best meta jokes I've ever heard. Not to mention its stab at Super Friends was just perfect. Nothing wrong with Super Friends when you're a little kid. But when you get older and watch it, they taught their audience like idiots. Justice League on the other hand, was basically an extension of Batman the Animated Series. Pure awesomeness.

Every iteration of the fabled Justice League is "GOOD". You're just a head in the flock of sheep that fanboy/fangirl over only the movies when you SHOULD be a fanboy/fangirl over the SOURCE MATERIAL (instead of the line of sheep at the movies). DC owns the original IP's most of the popular characters owned by Marvel people sheep over the most. Marvel Comics = Thieves.

This was such an amazing cartoon back then, so many epic episodes.

i remember to this day how fucking hype I would get as a kid when this came on.

A redone version of this theme would have been so much better than the bland Danny Elfman theme the Justice League movie had.

Then superman comes in at the climax of the soundtrack (you know the part I'm talking about.. With the the guitar going "vam vam vaaaaaam vananananaaa, vum va vaaaa nananananaa") with a clutch ass punch and this huge shockwave, shattering steppenwolfs axe.... Hmm🙁

The Batman was underrated, but I wouldn't call it the best. I'd probably say 1. Batman the Animated Series 2. Batman Beyond 3. Justice League Unlimited 4. Static Shock 5. The Batman *Honorable mention Superman The Animated Series.
