New Justice! Woo!
This track is almost definitely named after the free 'Rave Generator' sampler plugin, which is essentially just a huge collection of classic rave stabs. Most of the the old school sounds in this track can be traced back to presets in this instrument, including the main synth 'Hoover Stab'. Big up Justice for using it to make such a banger!
@pdlkmusic
4 ай бұрын
I think it's funny they renamed some of the stabs for the presets in that plugin because like... it's literally the stab from Charly by The Prodigy. It's so obvious and it's been resampled so many times like why even try to hide it 😅?
@andy2069

The stab was made from the Juno 2 patch that was wildly called the Hoover patch. It was called hoover when the prodigy used it.

interesting take, and its also notable that this track uses the same main motif as "genesis" so its name must be kinda influenced by this in some way

Damn this is another level of mixing and the complexity inside this track inside amazingly arranged, deserve best electronic music award.
Really hope the graphic is indicating what type of tone we can expect on this album. This piece is a little darker but still has the funk, and that's about what I'd expect from what appears to be carpenter brut shoved inside of justice. Sounds great.
