Stephani Joseph, MS, RD graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Biology and then moved to the Bay Area for graduate school at San Jose State University graduating with a M.S. in Nutritional Sciences. She completed her dietetic internship through Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. Her job experiences are in home enteral nutrition and inpatient acute care before joining the Stanford Clinical Nutrition team in 2022.
