Did they actually showcase the evidence of the call as well as the numbers of both accused? I'm sorry but a recording doesn't do much justice especially in this era of AI! I expect the Khumalo lady to be tried as a suspect on the stand! South African judicial system is a failure as it is but for a case with concrete evidence to go on for what 10 - 11 years is very telling. Someone else is being protected and this lady is prey.

I'm curious as to why she has not been tried as both the witness/suspect on the stand like others that were in the house when the crime took place.10-11 years the so-called evidence they provided proofed that it was her, yet no warrant of arrest was issued against her. This case is growing cold and the court is intending it to be so.

The defence Lawyers must ask this simple question...Can a Vodacom number recieve 2 different calls at the same time? Advocate Mgomezulu and Advocate Mnisi all call Judge Ratha at exactly the same time and the call duration is the same! That is impossible! One of the statements is fake. Is it Vodacom's or Colonel Steyn's?
