He did report the incidence to his superiors the following day, being suspicious after sibiya said meyiwa is dead, news were all over the media the following day 😮

Did he report them or call police if people had fire arms.

This witness is brought in to save the state case which has been falling apart. The previous witnesses mentioned that one of the traders had 38 Revolver. But it was subsequently left the state case very shaky because the revolver and hoodie they testified about left the state case very challenged. And Zungu who is said to have signed his statement in May 2023. He remembers even minor details of what happened. It is not difficult to see that he's presenting a crafted story and provide answers where other witnesses messed up. Anyway his story is hearsay and he's forced to bring in Zungu or Gwabeni to collaborate (sic) his story otherwise to court would be forced to exclude his hearsay story.
