1 teaspoon of sugar (2 g)
1 teaspoon of salt (3 g)

This is just like Native American Indian Bread, My Grandfather used to make it for us, but he used to sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar on top 💞😊🕊💞

Hello from Bangalore, India. This is our common dish across India and we call it Poori. We generally eat these with mixed vegwtqbl2 curry or potato curry. It is also paired well with chicken curry or lamb mince curry.

Parece Paluva Austríaca que minha mãe fazia quando eu era criança. A diferença é que ela fritava com pouco óleo, não ficava estufado e depois fazia um molhinho com alho amassado, água azeite e sal, onde molhávamos na hora de saborear. Obrigada, vou tentar fazer. Um abraço!

Hi from Bengaluru the home town of H H Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar Ji. This is a fried flat bread called Poori and is made with whole wheat flour. Two suggestions I’d like to make. 1. There is no need for boiling water to mix the dough you can mix it with water or milk at room temperature. 2. Add just 1TBS of yoghurt while mixing the dough and your bread will absorb less oil.

We live in the United States of America. My wife is Spanish and I try to do bunellos/sopapillas, but often have trouble getting to expand. This video is similar to that recipe, other than sugar, and adding boiling water. Hers uses baking powder and oil with warm water it is the dough she uses for tortillas. I think I'll try boiling the water in the future. Thank you very much for the video. If I'm right, it has given me a useful tip.

Здравствуйте! Я с Казахстана, у нас тоже сахар не добавляют , и без сахара когда жарить гореть так сильно не будут, жарить надо буквально секунды, и тогда лепёшки будут не горелые а светлые , и размером больше, называется шелпек
