- 700 g (1 lb 8 oz) potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- Parsley
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pepper
- 300 g (11 oz) of ground beef
- 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Cheese to taste (Scamorza or other)
- Oil

For people complaining about it being a lot of work, good food takes work, and really it isn't THAT much work. What is tedious is having to watch this lengthy video with someone who seems to be prepping in slow motion. A normal person would be much quicker at some of it, and it wouldn't seem so long if you were doing instead of just watching. There isn't anything that is actually really difficult.

I feel bad for me also I did the cooking I used to make homemade chicken and dumplings from scratch for my X, l have been divorced for 2 1/2 years now from my high school sweetheart, and I don't feel like cooking for just myself and this is easy enough... I would use leftover chili or taco meat. That would make it a quicker meal and easdear by splitting up the work and using leftovers. Also provides different tastes to choose from

@@lindahamilton3234, It’s not the filling.. It’s that you have to peel, grate, squeeze out the water, then bake it. Just to make some potato roll ups..? So yeah, it’s “easy”, but it definitely isn’t fast, and for the effort, it better damn well be delicious..!!
