Ingredients (3 - 4 servings):
400 g (14 oz) Pipe Rigate pasta
Cook al dente
400g (14oz) ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
4 celery straws, chopped
2 peppers, chopped
3 portobello mushrooms, diced
2 tbsp tomato paste
400 g (2 cups) tomato puree
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 XL or 2-3 regular garlic cloves, finely chopped
Pasta water
50 g (1.7 oz) grated mozzarella
a handful of fresh parsley, chopped
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!

Ingredients (3 - 4 servings):
250 g (8.8 oz) rigatoni pasta
Cook al dente
250 g (8.8 oz) ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 XL or 2-3 regular garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
3 portobello mushrooms, diced
1 eggplant, chopped
100g Datterini tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp tomato paste
200 g (1 cup) tomato puree
Salt, pepper, paprika
Pasta water
50 g (1.7 oz) grated Parmigiano Reggiano
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
✅ Before serving, grated Parmigiano Reggiano or aromatic goat cheese to taste.

Ingredients (4 - 5 servings 🍝):
400g (14oz) farfalle pasta
Cook al dente
150 g (5.2 oz) bacon, sliced
Roast for 1-2 minutes
400g (14oz) ground beef
mix and roast for 2-3 minutes
salt and pepper
remove from the pan
olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 peppers, chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
400 g (2 cups) diced tomatoes in the sauce
Salt, pepper, paprika
Pasta water
2 tbsp cream cheese
Pasta water
50 g (1.7 oz) grated mozzarella (optional)
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!

Esta es una sartén con un recubrimiento tan antiadherente y la carne queda jugosa. Pero si se trata de una sartén de acero normal, asegúrate de añadir aceite.
