You can see how hard it was to even get the words out. She takes a beat before saying it, and Chuck tries so hard not to react. He grimaces for like a split second, and then composes himself. You can tell both actors are extremely talented to craft all these micro expressions. It give the characters so much depth beyond what’s on the page. Blair clearly loves him but is too hurt and prideful to ever admit it.

To see how hurt he looks... So amazing when you think it's all just acting. A part of me wished it would be real. I think every one of us would want a guy who cares SO much to see that kind of emotion.

I don’t think Eva fixed anything. Chuck was just playing a part so she would love him. The minute she’s gone, Chuck abandons all his philanthropic plans and shifts his attention to Blair.

my fav scene ever in all love story..this scene is perfectly done. their dress the scenery music and their superb acting....especially when she said she dont love her anymore....their story is epic..but the writers ruin such a profound love..their love go down hill after this...major dissapointment
