I always laugh when every time I watch you're reactions......

this could be her describing her real feeling about her recent relationship..its up to you how you want to see it..but if you connect the mv an everything going on to the lyrics of her song..this is actually about someone who keeps saying that they're fine but deep down they actually not. for this they're taking celebrity life as an example. she tried to act all cool everytime since she is a public figure..but actually, a lot of things going on in her life and she can't get it out of her head..and one of them was her ended relationship with her ex..she's having a hard time but she still need and have to act like its okay cuz thats what her job wants to see..being in her position, doing what she did, her world doesn't care about what they actually feel..cuz they are public figures..but in the end, she broke down cuz she's not feeling fine at all and can't hold it anymore. this song and mv was a simple and beautiful reminder for us that these celebrities are also humans with feeling and lacking like all of us. they want us to see them more than just someone we adore but also a fellow human beings.

I don't think Taeyeon refers this song to anyone personally in her life because: 1) She didn't and doesn't write songs. Everything is givem by SM and all she has to do is work her magical voice AND 2) Eversince the very beginning, Taeyeon's always sung songs regarding relationships, with the majority of the songs more towards breakups. She's got a voice that contains a lot of emotions and when you incorporate that with an emotional song, it's gold. She can probably relate to some aspects of her songs to herself or to those dear to her but I don't think this was intentional in a way that it's directed towards her personal life. One of the main factors that she sings songs about breakups or any other emotionally meaningful songs is that you can hear the emotions being projected from her which therefore draws the audience's own emotions...
