We've owned this tractor for over a year and it's been great to us! Unfortunately we haven't changed the oil yet. It looked great when we get it so we let'er ride. Well we finally found the perfect oil and also found a local option for an affordable oil filter in stock.
Watch along as a "routine" oil change quickly jumps the tracks!

Slow warmup could mean no or bad thermostat. Thermostat is located inside the upper radiator hose.
Personalty I prefer rotella 15/40 . Used gasket big no no
I can't get my filter out the plate comes down so far and that's it can not get it out no matter what

If your bolt is all the way removed the bottom plate should just come off. If your talking about the plate on the bottom of the screen, that assembly can kinda get hung up a bit. Jiggle it around and eventually you should find the sweet spot and it’ll drop too.
