I had to google Simnel cake "Simnel cake is a fruitcake widely eaten in the United Kingdom, Ireland and other countries with patterns of migration from them, associated with Lent and Easter. Agree with you. The BBC don't put much out because of copyright, and what they do is pretty expensive.

Pam is outstanding in this round - I play this game with my friends and I am copying her routine!

My dad and myself absolutely love this programme and we popped it on for NYD meal and imagine our surprise and delight that one of the subjects from the first espisode is about The Isle Of Man! This is where we are from ❤thank you !

There’s also definitely an episode where someone did the alphabet thing a few years ago 😁 Sadly I can’t remember which season or person it was, but I’m very certain this was done at least once!

British celebrities have this cozy ready-made system of shows to be on. They don't have to create their own careers like American celebrities.
