I've never done this and had the machine 3 months. So I disassembled it to take a look and it was spotless. Something I do do thought (that is not in your manual) is after I use the milk attachment , and make my drinks, I will rinse the tube and run 20 seconds of "steamed milk" using water. I only use the milk cleaner every 2-3 days as long as I do this "steamed milk" process with water.

Thank you for clarifying. I do have another question, Although we always keep a cup under the machine nozzle all the time to collect rinsing water, we noticed that there is always water getting into the removable tray. Is it normal or there is internal leakage in the machine ?

Dear bonjourq. Thank you for your further request. Irregular cleaning can cause powder residue to build up in the machine and clog the outlets. Try with adapting your grinding process or cleaning the brewing sieve (you find it just behind the drawer). Otherwise please contact our responsible partner in your country. What about grinder maintenence? should I be using grinder cleaning tablets from time to time?

can this be done instead the milk cleaning cycle ( the one we use the cleaning solution and the plastic bucket ) ?

@@jura_coffee can that be elaborated a bit more and also mention the rationale/why maybe a view on the internal process? it looks like the tube is connected to just these parts being washed... so why do the cleaning solution as well? is an automated machine or what? also if you are in rush in the morning can you do just in the afternoon for both procedures?
