No ....but karaktwas of jupiter and as per house lordship in lagna kundali it will drastically change or your attitudes toward it your mind set will change. But the problem comes with rahu as the change will be through very high ambition or self centricism Say for example you can change your education type eg from enginnering to mba as per the dire need of good career or high income opportunity. Take that as example.

Retrograde means, strengthening of the planet of it's placed in a good manner, and weakening of planet if it's placed in a bad manner (debilitated or aspected by malefic)

See that's the problem about activating the D9 chart, too many ridiculous and unrealistic requirements have to be met to the point it is no longer worth it to have fate! I have many vargottama planets and used to believe in esoteric stuff until it proved to just be a bunch of nonsense and not worth the time, energy and money to practice it's preachings in real life!
