So sorry that you have been battling the “pink eye”, but I hope you are improving everyday. Yes, God is there for us, I just wished more people reached out to him. When I worked in OR, we would have patients come in with their prayer cloths. Always made me stop and think. That fern was beautiful. My favorite thing was the jockey cap. I had an uncle who I never knew, die in 1938 from racing a horse at a fair. He was 28 years old. I’ve seen pictures of him with a similar cap on. The ration book was interesting. I love the war ration book. I had pink eye a few years ago. I was at work and my eye started itching then got goopy. Of course due to staffing I had to finish my shift. By the the time I got to urgent care after work I had 2 goopy eyes.
