My favorite childhood show was Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. I wasn't enamored with the Grinch, but did enjoy Frosty. The island of misfit toys was on Rudolph. It was all so fun! I still watch all the Christmas kids movies during the holidays, and I'm older than dirt!

The land of misfit toys was from Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, I know this because as a child I longed to have all the unloved misfit toys. The swimming bird was one of my favorites. Did you know it's available on DVD? I have a copy and watch it at least once every year. I tear up every time I hear "Alone in the World," and I love to join in singing "We're Despicable!"
