Hi 😊👋I have done a tutorial on the butterflies, same method as the labels but just printed onto heavy cardstock, not backed with board. The resined flowers will be up in the next couple of weeks, I'm just waiting for my new mold to arrive 😊 thank you so much for taking the time to comment.

I pressed a lot of it last summer in the beautiful flower presses that my best friends son made me:) We have pulled over to the side of the road so many times lol!!! 😂 I don’t do conventional things with flowers and leaves like I use my food dehydrator for flowers. 🌸 When my husband was alive he would just shake his head (when I was using something not the way it was purposed) and say “I’ve never seen anything like” or once he said “I’ve never known anyone like you that uses something completely opposite of how is supposed to be used”😆😂🤣 I’ll try my best to help with flower ID:) Thought I was subscribed I’ll do that right now!😉

What an absolutely beautiful journal! I love the feeling of a palimpsest approach where we sense something beneath the paper or design; it reminded me of Venitian walls or old houses where the wallpaper has started to peel. Beautiful border work too with plenty of space to actually write. This is gorgeous! I just subscribed and will look forward to following your work.

This is so gorgeous, I hope someday I can make journals, even half as good as yours. My fiance keeps telling me they confuse him, he doesn't understand. I had to explain that's because he has a Y chromosome, and no interest in bits of lace, and dried rose petals.

🤣🤣🤣 I know exactly what you mean, my partner is a tradie very much a man's man and he tries to be supportive, but all I have ever got is a luke warm "cooool" 🤣 in saying that, he'll come home from work and say "do you want some books, I got a free box of old books?" So he kinda enables my hoarding of craft supplies lol but if you read between the lines he's supporting me in what I do... ah well, we have plenty support and real feedback on this platform 🥰
