Junk Gypsies (Texas Country Reporter)

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Go on a backroads junk-gathering extravagana with the Junk Gypsies, who can turn any pile of clutter into five-star fashion. They've even designed clothing & a tour bus for country singer Miranda Lambert. (#1068, 2/16/08)

As a born and raised Bryan/College Station native, I can attest to the fact that there are absolutely no hills where these gals are from. Therefore, they cannot be hillbillies. Thanks for playing, and I suggest taking a course in basic GSP as well as writing.

No problem :) And you can definitely trust what I wrote, since I'm writing a whole essay on them right now, so I've read a bunch of books about them, their origins, way of life, etc. etc.

You're right about the word "Gypsy", but they're actually from India originally. And they are genetically differetn from Europeans.

Oh, all people are quite closely connected genetically. A friend of mine said that any 2 randomly chosen white and black people will be as genetically similar as 2 white or 2 black people. Genetic differences are skin deep. As to the stigma - I thought it was still pretty strong on the whole, but it probably differs individually.

Question: Is there a RACIAL difference between Gypsies and(for example) regular white people. I see none. I just see a cultural difference.
