Junk 3DO CD-ROM drive repair with cracked gear

Regardless of the CD-ROM drive, plastic gears may break or crack when used for many years.
If it was an old device, I could not find a replacement and tried to glue repair it myself. However, I think some people said that it was broken again soon.
The 29-year-old 3DO was in such a state, and I couldn't read the game disc, so I tried to repair the gear.

Well, the FZ-10 and its components seem to not be as good as the FZ-1's... I guess that's how it always is with later-produced system revisions. Still, if it can eventually play 「Shadow: War of Succession」 it's a good console.
