No, i would not invest in this IPO According to me it seems that the price range is being overvalued which is not a good indicator. Further, as you quoted in the video that majority of the amount from ipo would be used for payment of debt which would eventually lead to a delay in obtaining further capital for opening of new hotels. If some of you decide to opt for this ipo for long term benefits, there are already tough competitors existing in the market & it deems to be difficult for Juniper to stand out. edit - Hyatt has more than 7 hotels

As per my analysis , if it was supposed to be just juniper hotel then as per financial statements, it will give loss of 12-39% to ipo investors however just due to hyaat brand name , uneducated investor will buy it and also hyaat will not let his reputation to waste for this amount. Conclusion : it will surely earn profit, loss can be upto 5% chances while profit can be upto 35% based on public trust on hyatt

Brother..... Hyatt has 51 hotels across India.... Not just 7. ....Chennai, Gurgaon, Kochi, Vijayawada , Hyderabad , Amritsar, Bengaluru etc...... In my city Hyderabad itself Hyatt has 3 hotels. You missed this in your analysis.

@@pratlogic yes I know . Juniper hotels run few branches of Hyatt hotel (not all) that’s why only 7 hotels with them. And there’s a difference in names of this Hyatt and other Hyatt hotels

This is my go-to channel to invest in stocks. If he says yes I invest and if no I don't. Please don't do anything to break this trust.

Hyatt hotels in India is not completely managed by Saraf hotels. you mentioned that Hyatt has only 7 hotels, only 7 hotels out 52 Hyatt hotels in India is owned by Saraf. there are other companies that owns rest of Hyatt hotels. your not giving the right information investors
