Learned a lot of useful information. Why doing this work in the summer was probably the best. I do this work in the spring because i want the tree to look pretty as soon as winter is over. Makes a lot of sense to let the tree burst in the spring before trimming and pruning.

Hi, I'm really struggling with my juniper pingii. No matter how I approach trimming I get browning, also what I have now is bifurcations on bifurcations on bifurcations and I feel like its getting out of control with uneven growth. Any tips much appreciated!

May blessings go out to those who have went through colvin and survived, and blessings to the family of those who have lost loved ones. Pray for each other, and help each other. God bless all.

Another really helpful Video Josh. Can I ask what you've put on the pot in this video please? It's not highly glazed but then again neither is it matt but something in between, what a beautiful finish the pot has.

This is a juniper squamata. Very very similar to the juniper nana found in USA

  • @kaanforward7782

@@BonsaiEn Thats odd, the squamata usually has a habit of generating multiple trunks and growing upright with blue foliage, i thought that it looked more like a horizontalis. Ill see if i can find a specimen here to work with because the tight foliage density looks amazing on that thing.
