Everything is over the top, from the guit-steel to the shape of his hat, what a great entertainer

Love this. What I love most about the old country guitar/pedal pickers is that their playing speaks for itself and you can't hide sloppy playing with a bunch of effects.

Singin, pluckin & slidin', its hard enough doing one of them well but Junior pulls off all three at once. Guys a freakin legend!

Great guitar play...never and still does not get the recognition he deserves.

Dang he is GOOOD! I wish he could get some time on TV. He puts so many other “singers” to shame.

Junior Brown is the man! I used to crank this song up in my patrol car 🚔 at night. 🤫😂🤣

I had never heard of this guy until one of my instructors played the song at the beginning of his lecture in RADAR/LIDAR class....and I’m a country music fan.

This guy is frickin talented. Cross of Ernest Tubb and rockabilly. Love it.

Met him at the Ottawa Bluesfest and while I couldn't afford to buy any of his CD's he was gracious enough to give me his autograph.A true country gentleman.One of a kind

I grew up listening to country, Ernest Tubbs, Chet Atkins, George Jones, Hank, Willy and Waylon, but why did it take me so long to hear about Jr. Brown? I can't believe the way he plays that guitar! A friend who plays told me to look him up on my pc, I couldn't stop smiling and tapping my foot. Where have you been Jr.? I can listen to you doing "Highway Patrol" and my whole day gets better. You are awesome and now you're on my bucket list to see in concert. I can't quit smiling when I hear you play!

Monster guitar, steel player. Maybe one of the best around, so underrated.

Yep. Heard him once or twice. First time seeing this. Very cool guitar. Odd though. I would think it would be tough to play at that angle , but he's killin' it. Monster chops.

It's not what Junior does, it's what he doesn't do. Magical.

Saw Junior Brown at The Tractor Tavern in Seattle Sunday April 12. What a great show. The man is a great performer. loved him

I saw him live in 2005 or so. He had this strange almost trance like mode he goes into when he does the guitar chorus. His eyes appeared to roll back in his head. I did enjoy the show. though. Hope he is doing great.

observation: Pump this music over the intercom in every jail/ prison in America. Non-stop.

I'd been a fan for a few years while I was in the Navy, stationed in San Diego, when I moved back to Okla. City I reconnected with my older brother, who it turns out, knows Junior really well from his time in the live music scene in Oklahoma City & Tulsa. Junior comes by his talent genetically, both his parents are/were music teachers at Rogers State University, Claremore, OK. He began playing when he was 3-4 years old, created the Guit-Steel that he plays. Spent time with Gary P. Nunn (London Homesick Blues/Austin City Limits theme song) as one of the Bunkhouse Boys. Been told that he's a funny sob, along with talented as a mofo. I hope to get a chance to meet him one day.

I played this as a police officer while driving in my squad car just for fun. Life or death was right around the corner in big cities! I made it after 35years.....Pray for the new officers!
