Why? The infantilization of idols ESPECIALLY by fans who are younger than them is toxic and plain annoying. I see why he said he wants people to look at him as a man. Imagine your parents squeezing your cheeks and patting your head when you're 24, work more hours than them both combined, can pay their rent for an entire year with no issues and yet they're treating you as a baby. If you've ever had your family doing such things, acting like you shouldn't hear things because you're "too young" when you are well over able to understand things, doesn't let you do things when you're old enough to, etc. it gets annoying. Please see Jeon Jungkook as the man he is. This is a cute video but seriously. People need to understand that he's Bangtan's youngest, not their baby.
