The music video reminded me of Fine China too. But if you think about it, Fine China is Michael Jackson inspired as well lol

He's had a full sleeve, but in Korean you can't show tattoos on live TV and he recently really just got some covered up and added color so it pops more. Since the break, he has been able to show the tattoos more.

Jungkook first debuted his tattoo sleeve in January of 2021. Yet, many ARMYs noticed the first tattoo as early as September 2019
