So I listened to your view of Mike since you met him. Wow. Wanted to hear your perspective. Based on his own posts and behavior at least in the forum, I’d never encountered a CM who was anywhere near as hostile as him. It was mind boggling. Hostile, dismissive, and belittling. Actions are stronger than words. But his words, most antagonistic CM ever in my experience. Call it like I read it/see it. And I gave him huge props on the Shocker rank down. I was like where was that humility and awesome tone over the years🤷🏻‍♂️

We have had different experiences for sure. If I had to deal with some of the vitriol that would be routinely thrown his way for even the most innocuous of comments, I’d probably clap back a few times too.

⁠@@simula67 been playing this game for about 8/9 years now and he wasn’t a pleasant CM based of the interaction I saw from him. Kabam doesn’t treat their customers anywhere near the standards most companies treat their customers, and I say maybe because of how they’ve communicated and interacted with the players. It could be because they have an inhuman procedures that their customers has to conform to. For someone being paid salary to provide a measure of customer service, he failed imo. That said I don’t know the man. But I understand we’re all imperfect and it’d be bad to hold against people their mistakes for a lifetime. Wish him the best.

@@natesn0w562 very well said Nate. I often say Kabam has a much better community than it deserves. They truly do. We are quick to praise anything well done or ok done. I’m truly hoping Crashed is that guy with a true win-win ethos: what is good for the players is good for Kabam. Like Mike we aren’t perfect. No one is. But he came across as mean spirited. Frequently. Words matter. I had never seen anything like it. But, as with you, wish him the best…..

I like the additional ranks in each tier in Victory Track. I appreciated the change to start higher in VT at first since just hitting GC was the goal, but with the solo rewards buff it was a little annoying to use elders marks for every fight in VT and still be short of the 300k when I hit GC.

Just asked the dev team about this. Fix was planned for June but delayed because of some specific use cases. Fix is currently set for the July patch.

I doubt it unless it’s a meta where his specials are unblockable or do a ton of chip damage. You can turn off his Endured with AAR or use DOT to kill him so that part isn’t really problematic

The side quest sounds the exact same to the previous crap we’ve had for the last 5 months - get rid of the traders outpost for the love of god??

What's wrong with the trader's outpost? A unifying side quest currency makes things cleaner and you can hoard the currency from month to month. The bundles need some love but imo it's better than a new and different store every month.

@@simula67 I just want something new tbh, it’s been in the game for like half a year now and back in the day the side quests used to be so fleshed out, I remember the Shang chi side quest back in the day where you would do a path and get loads of good loot, and they were unique and worth your time back in the day. The paragon rewards NEED buffing they are so bad

Yup, love QS’ kit but his combos annoy the crap outta me. Hoping Northstar doesn’t feel the same. I suspect CMM will be good for questing and and maybe some war fights but probably not too useful in BGs outside of Onslaught.

Imo, Mike got a lot of finger pointing for really no reason. There’s only so much he could control, ppl seem to forget there’s ppl above him that put the final say regardless of what he thought . Wish him well I wonder did he leave on his own or did they do him wrong cuz he saw where/how the game was headed?

You can't really just talk to people however you want and expect people to be ok with it or not feel some type of way. He needed to hire a PR team to handle forum posts instead of letting his emotions takeover in some of his responses.
