That is a huge jump in insurance! Have you shopped insurances lately? Even though it still may be more, it might not be quite as much with another company. You may also want to consider saving up to be able to pay your insurance once per year. We get a discount by paying it all at once. When I had insurance and taxes in escrow, every single mortgage company we had seemed to find a way to either complicate things, screw something up, or missed a payment altogether. It was beyond ridiculous! So I quit having an escrow and just did it myself. Far easier to save up and pay it on my own! It also forced me to see how much my insurance (as well as my taxes) actually was and that pushed me to shop around more often. When I relied on the insurance company to pay it, I didn't really pay that close of attention to it. You seem to be plenty organized and able to plan ahead, have you ever considered paying them yourself?

The word I was looking for was self-disciplined. Since you have multiple credit cards and only use them for a recurring bill, you obviously have lots of self-discipline too 😊

Epidemic sound is what I use because it is royality free. Thus, I can use it on youtube without penalty or extra fees. Love them!!!

Quit giving so much to the church……$200/month is plenty. They have a nerve requesting 10% plus is completely insane.
