I only got the first 2, in sha Allah I will listen again. For me, the last 2 didn't stand apart. 1. Sit with learned person/scholar of the nafs/self. A learned Muslim in the area of psychology (study of human behavior). One who knows the upstairs and down of the people. 2. Have a true friend that will advise you regardless of whether it is comfortable or not. In sha Allah I can listen again and come back to finish.
