Greek Long Jumper Miltiadis Tentoglou during the Athlete's entrance before the Long Jump final in Tokyo did the "Gear Second" pose from One Piece , then proceeded to win the Gold Medal. Tentoglou is quite the character as you will see from the interview he gave right after the competition had finished. He is also a massive Anime fan judging by his Instagram

The name is Miltiadis/ Miltiades (Miltos in short) and D. is the first letter of his father's name. (Miltiades was a Greek , Athenian general and politician who lived in the 5th century BC).
