Jumper T-20 (2,4GHz) - first long range test

So i got new radio, because i wanted something powerfull for long range flights because 100mw on my T-Lite its ok for flights to 1km but no more and i got this brand new T-20 which has build in 1W (1000mw) ELRS module.
For the money i spend on that i think its worth it, seats very good in hands and gimbals are very sensitive so i have very precise control over a drone or anything else i will use with this radio, also i was testing it on only 500mw power, because it have plenty of range anyway and on 1W it heats quite much, so i will be probably stick with 500mw and sometimes if situation requires i will put it on full 1W (if i want to fly to space for example xd).
Gear:
Drone: Tyro 119
Transmitter: Jumper T-20 (2,4GHz)
Goggles: Skyzone 02O
Battery: Tattu 6s 1550 mah
Action camera: GoPro Hero 4

Thanks for the range test! I've been thinking about the 1w Elrs 2.4Ghz Boxer, when I can afford it. Tried 900Mhz ELRS by converting the Frsky R9M receiver and transmitter. However, where I live in the city, it constantly failsafes. So my plan is to keep my Crossfire for 900mhz long range and add the 1W Ghz 2.4Ghz ELRS Boxer and elrs 2.4ghz receivers for my city and metro area flights. 2.4ghz just works better in metropolitan areas. Hopefully one day I cam move back out to the country.

i never tried 900mhz, but i started using ELRS with my T-Lite which has 2,4ghz and only 100mw and from my experience with this its ok to 1km and it lose signal, so i decide to got this radio because its 1W and it have better gimbals than my T-Lite, and i plan to fly with this mainly around fields and stuff like that and maybe sometimes somewhere else, but good thing all of this fields on my videos are ride on bike from my home so i will test this radio probably with distance more than 1km

from start point to edge of the forrest is around 1,3km, but it can go further for sure because signal on even 500mw power is very strong

You don't need powerful ELRS TX for long range. You can go 10+km in one direction easy on 100mw. Check my long range video. I was 10km out, using Jumper T-lite and ELRS @ 250mw.

yeah i have T-Lite with internal 100mw module, i went 1,5km on it no problem, but i got this T-20 also because its proper full size radio with much better gimbals than on T-Lite, and i use it on 500mw and dont switch to 1W, so im sure i will not failsafe probably up to 20km+ but i think i will never reach that far with my drones because of battery limitation
