Thank you Depika to exciting us all with themes of this month! I love them! I felt the fourth theme in my heart "Oneness through Balance". I have been longing for the expansion, remembering who my true self is and enhancing my psychic abilities for a while now. I believe I have more work to do with honouring myself and my journey so far... Thank you!🙏💜

I love it and how cool is it that you felt the 4th theme in your heart that feels like the heart opening energy working through you. One of the things I have learnt about the connection with true self that it is always there and that it's in everything we are and do. Yet, it can be a process of truly embodying it and that's about removing the layers of conditionings and programmes... the dynamics is so simple yet we humans over complicate it. Thank you, Depika - this was profoundly beautiful. 💛 I’ve been especially struck by two concepts: (1) to check whether we are operating from the “inside out or outside in” and (2) to acknowledge, and honour, the progress that we’ve made so far. For me, the climb feels enormous. I always look ahead and feel daunted (a mix of overwhelm, exhaustion and despair) by how much further there is to go… and never look back at how far I have climbed from the pit of my childhood. I must need to shift focus, and realign, because I’m in the state of “contraction” that you discussed. You really do feel like a blessing to me and all of us, x

@pimmspimms5462 - Thank you Sarah for your lovely message and lovely to see you back here. It is so easy to operate from the outside in vs inside out and difficult to honour ourselves and progress we have made. I feel that many of us have not been taught this. I feel the energy that is coming is going to help us with this. Like we get a booster in a form of new code that resets our operating system😄 Question is do we have the courage to let go of our old stories and beliefs about ourselves that feed the lower vibrations like victim consciousness. Even if is a small teeny tiny yes the universe is really going to help us. When we start to understand our human experience on a more soul/universal level things start to fall into place this does not mean that we bypass the human experience we fully embrace all the feelings, thinking patterns and programmes and surrender to it all. Oops a daisy I went off on ramble there. I hope that makes sense and lovely to see and feel your presence here. BIG HUGS🤗❤💕🤍
