And so on for each category of fabric..... yardage, charms, jelly rolls, layer cakes etc. Thank you for your videos I enjoy watching; keep them coming.

The pillowcase tutorial was fab! Yes I like this method as it doesn’t have the little decor flap. I better get busy. A tutorial for a cross stitch project bag would be nice. Thank You Be Well

thank you. I have completed 5 months of personal quilt challenges and have finished 5 quilt tops that have been waiting for 10 years or more to be completed. I need to do my June and July challenge. Thank you for helping me clean out my UFOs. I also have been inspired to make more quilts after seeing your projects. I work with 4H students and may challenge them to make some donated pillowcases this next year.

I watched this video today, July 4, so happy anniversary! My local quilt shop is doing an all day pillowcase sew-in for children with cancer so your video was doubly relevant. Like you, I've done the roll up pillowcase pattern many times and will be using it again. (I had cancer surgery the end of November 2022, and in February 2023, I had a cancerous cyst removed that they had accidentally discovered during the first surgery. I'm honored to help others who have this devastating disease, especially children.)

I used to make lots of pillow cases with my mom. She has made the 11 grandkids ( only 2 are mine) dozens of pillow cases. I am happy with the project no es. I don't know what more to ask for. 😂

I have been enjoying all of your 2023 Projects of the Month. Thanks! I have made dozens of these pillowcases, and I do mine much the same as you have shown here. I liked it when you said you would use a serger if you had one. After trying a few different methods, I did settle on using my Babylock serger to do the side seam and bottom seam. At the top edge, and at the bottom seam that ends at the side fold, I weave the serger tails back under the first few stitches to hide and secure the tails, and at the other corner, I use Nancy Zieman's method of wrapping the seam to get a very sharp corner finish. (That method can be used whether you are using a serger or a regular sewing machine.) Thanks again for all your great videos. I have enjoyed binge-watching them lately. P.S. I first came to your channel for the CHARM SQUARE DRAWSTRING BAG instructions. That is the simplest, most efficient way I have ever found of making a nice lined drawstring bag. And I love that you can use charm squares and layer cakes to make them. Thanks again!

Lovely! Excellent camera work, especially!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Our guild makes these for Ryan’s Case for Smiles, a local camp for kids with chronic illness, and a women’s shelter. I’m sure there are many similar ways to donate, no matter where one lives. This is such a good way to use up end-of-bolt pieces and WOF leftover pieces. Can’t wait to see #9!
