As a fellow woman in recovery it’s so beautiful to hear a KZread not only talk about their struggles with remaining true to themselves, and how fear of abandonment or unworthiness leads us to become this human that is not real. It’s also nice to see your habit tracker for meeting/calling your sponsor, and meetings! I have that in my setup every month and it helps hold me accountable 🖤 thank you for getting vulnerable and honest, it was amazing to be able to bare witness to your authenticity.

oh my! thank you so much for all the sweet comments and kind words. to be honest, i just say whatever comes to my mind! i don’t have a script or anything for the bujo voiceovers, i do feel like there might be like a audio transcript of this video somewhere! i’ll have to see if i could find it. if i do i’ll share it with you! would love to if you could message me on instagram so we have a message thread going :) also, i read a lot of books that help me with my thought process. i figure out what feels true to me by living my experience and applying everything i’m learning. maybe i’ll share a list of books too that have helped me 🤎
