Talofa i lau sg. Sen. Utu Sila Poasa my classmate at Marist Brother at Atuu, 1967. As usual, you are as sharp as we were in the 6th grade before you skipped the 7th Grade to move on to the 8th Grade when Bro Claver, was teaching there. Keep up the great work for our people in American Samoa. Fonoia Frank Anton Peters

My dear Senators and the Legislature, that seems like a Scam, don’t help them, let them deal with Federal Medicare system, probably fraud, should have paper works. Denial it, stop that pullshit. Lock them up, eh le Valea le Falefono, ua ta’u valea le fale fono, ma ta’utia le mataga.

Sandra's explanation is crystal clear. HD as a private clinic knew the risk and should have a lot of reserves to run their operations. The agreement made during the public health emergency was a one-time deal.

Thank you Sen Togiola for shedding light on what’s been happening in the last 5 yrs. For the record, no pt has died while under Hope Dialysis Center’s care in the last 5 yrs. Tech to pt ratio is 1 to 3 or less. Regardless of how all this ends, Fa’afetai tele to Hope Dialysis for providing excellent care with ZERO fatalities under your watch. Good luck to LBJ in caring for these 41+ pts. By law, (CMS & NDAC), you are to take these pts on ‘cause you’re the next closest dialysis. God bless our renal population, clinical staff and those in the decision making.

If LBJ is a Medicare provider, why are they refusing services to Hope Dialysis patients who have Medicare as a payer? Thank you for the clarification Dr. Anderson. Please look into this issue and make sure all 41 patients have clear communication. The back n forth with Hope Dialysis staff is unprofessional. Keep the focus on improving the health of the public. Thank you

Why did they have to wait until the Hope Dialyzes closed down before coming for help? How did they allow this to happen? Something is not quite right here. So what happened with these Dialyzes patients now? Fonoia FA. Peters

@@edwardripley7266 majority of hardworking people can’t afford insurance because of minimum wages especially labor. Everyone in America can. the minimum wages is $20 an hour plus time and half overtime after 8 hours. Also every company has to have insurance for employees. But $4000 uninsured minimum wages is under $5 doesn’t make sense. Stressed, anxiety, depression is the number one killer if you understand what I’m talking about.
