In this video I go into growing up with a mom with a chronic illness, to my own diagnosis and struggles with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I also talk about the impact of surgeries, learning how to be sick, and needed help, and the importance of listening to your body and taking care of yourself first and learning how to ask for help.
