Once again, Dame Julie Andrews carries age so effortlessly and elegantly. It's just lovely to see her at 84 looking so healthy and happy. I have to really commend this interviewer. I've seen him do many interviews and he is always well prepared, asks incredibly thoughtful and interesting questions and just remains so respectful throughout the interview. I find that there are so many people today conducting interviews for major outlets who are absolute crap. So it's really just wonderful to see someone as famous, loved, well respected and admired as Julie Andrews being interviewed by someone who really didn't even grow up with her and still interviews her as if he had. Wonderful.

Just finished their book - really enjoyed it - interesting to learn details of how movies are made - and more about Blake Edwards. Emma is very talented as well. What a lot of hard work from Julie over the years. Actually watched SOB for the first time. Now I have more of an interest in Blake Edwards movies. I saw Victor/Victoria years ago and liked it - rewatched it this year. Ofcourse loved James Garner. (The Americanization of Emily is one of my all time favorite movies)

Julie andrews has to be a beautiful woman and she such a charming and attractive woman, I remember when Mary Poppins came up in her 33 record album my parents bought it for us and they played it for us and we enjoyed it so much we kept playing it over and over and finally the movie came up and I remember our family went to see it and it was great seeing it on the screen and again we played the record album again and again, so it was nice to place the music with the film. I always thought she was a beautiful person and very witty and comical and very open with her relationships, and her life, again she has a way to be so happy warm smile and beautiful accent just she presents herself with her beautiful clothes and her doesn't age she should be the next queen, the sad part about her she never brings up her other children she adopted from Blake Edwards, I'm so proud to have her in my era,I was disappointed I saw her live in concert, and I was so excited about seeing her again and it was the year that you had you're problem with your voice, I was hoping they would of told us ahead of time that you weren't going to performed it was disappointed, I was just so excited to see her again and we didn't find out till the night of her concert, may you know that she will have a special place in my heart and life that she will be my favorite actress. Blessings to her and may she live another quarter of century.
