Seriously my two musical hero's singing and tapping together. Perfection in one video.

Gene aged so gracefully. It's a shame these are two never made it into a movie together.

Supposedly, Gene drove Julie crazy in rehearsals.But when she saw the results, she called him to thank him, saying "I never danced better in my life."Sounds so familiar.

Lol many people said that Gene was hard to work with, but look what happens! They became better!

I wish Gene and Julie made a movie together! That would have been awesome!!! And Gene looks so damn fine in this!!!! ♡

It's not often you see this much talent on the same stage. It's hard to believe this was only 13 years after Singin' In The Rain. So much had changed in the Hollywood landscape.

I adore Julie Andrews ... She is so charming, charismatic and a ray of absolute sunshine...

They're both absolute sunshine.

She can tap dance, TOO??? On TOP of having the world's most perfect voice, most beautiful heart, face and personality? Simply stunning woman.

I seriously did not know that Dame Julie Andrews could tap like that, well then again I am not surprised.

WHY CAN'T WE HAVE REAL TALENT LIKE THIS THESE DAYS??? You know what's really great, though? We all know Gene Kelly could've danced rings around Julie Andrews, but he didn't. He seemed to be a gentleman and used his talent to highlight hers! Now that's class and manners!

WOW THEY ARE SO TALENTED AND CUTE AND HAVE SO MUCH POISE and when she leaned on him and he kissed her like YAAAAAS and they started tap dancing like was the 60s like constantly a real life musical???

Julie holds her own with the amazing Gene kelly she was just so talented !

I don't think it matters what age you are. People like us recognize great talent when it is seen. I have been watching these people dance since I was 21 and it never grows old. Although I am 35 now, we are the ones who keep the memories alive. May dance live on!!

The industry has never been the same since these talented people have passed. I'm proud to be a fan of those movies because whenever life just seems to horrible out there, I can throw one of these movies and find myself smiling throughout the whole thing. It's a wonderful feeling.

This women has been singing professionally since she was twelve years old. She sings opera, I've heard her sing jazz, she a Broadway star and she even has the nerve to tap dance. Julie Andrews has been a talented "Triple Threat" in the business for over 50 years.

Oh my goodness I love Gene Kelly and Julie Andrews!!! I never knew they did anything together.

On the contrary, Julie was very good at tap dancing. She had a Variety Television Show called "The Julie Andrews Hour" and it aired for a year (1972-73) on ABC, and she did a tribute show to Fred & Ginger and she was fantastic!! It's posted on KZread. She had taken lessons is tap and ballet as a young child, but her singing practice and career were first priority for her Vaudeville mother and step father. So she gave up dancing to focus completely on what became her legendary voice.
